Tropicool Reef NYE party time
THE Reef Hotel Casino will ring in 2026 with its ‘Tropicool’ New Year’s Eve celebrations, starting at 7.30pm on Wednesday 31 December and running until 5am.
The event promises live music, giveaways, street characters, glitz and glam, leis and the traditional mass midnight balloon drop.
Guests can enjoy entertainment across multiple stages inside the casino.
All Party Systems Go will perform on the BAR36 stage and main foyer from 7.30 pm, featuring the tropical sounds of Coconut Kiss and vocalist Nikki Doll.
International artist Justin Wellington, known as Mr Iko Iko, will take the stage from 10pm to elevate the celebrations. Cairns’ premier party band, Deluxe, will join Wellington with a full live sound and special guest, The Voice star Sarah De Bono, who will perform as part of the countdown to 2026.
Simultaneously, Hot Ice will provide summer vibes with live Yacht Rock anthems in the Arena inside the casino.
The Reef Hotel Casino’s Tropicool New Year’s Eve event offers multiple entertainment options, creating a party atmosphere inside and out.
