Staging is key
PROPERTY styling has become an important and essential marketing tool ensuring buyers fall in love with your property immediately when they arrive at the first open home.

PROPERTY styling has become an important and essential marketing tool ensuring buyers fall in love with your property immediately when they arrive at the first open home.
The goal of property staging is to showcase the property’s best features, helping buyers envision themselves living in the space without any barriers. This will often lead to a faster sale and a higher selling price.
The cost to stage a home can often be a barrier for sellers who might not see the value or return on investment.
What’s important to remember is that the sellers may have lived in the home for years – and how they have set the furniture and the rooms out will work for them practically living day to day – but you are now on stage and you are selling to buyers which means you only get one chance to make a first impression.
Buyers may spend possibly 10-15 minutes walking through your home and they buy with their eyes, making decisions on how the property makes them feel emotionally and, if they don’t like it on the day, they may move on and buy something else.
Full, partial and integrated styling packages are available from most staging companies and you’ll be surprised what can be achieved with or without your furniture.
