The nets were kindly donated by The College’s F.A.C.E committee (Family and Community Engagement, formerly P&F) and St Andrew’s Catholic College.

The cricket nets were brought about after several students saw a need for new nets and petitioned the College’s FACE committee to commit to fund the project.

Also in attendance was the former & current chair of the P&F/FACE and, Dr Sean Mangan (Principal, St Andrew’s Catholic College).

Dr Mangan had the privilege of bowling the first ball to the students who successfully petitioned for the nets to be built. A plaque has been laid at the entrance to the nets to commemorate this special event.
