Local real estate agent Steve Cordenos has made the second-highest sale of an apartment in the history of Cairns after selling one of the nine penthouses at the Harbour Lights Apartment Complex at Marlin Parade in excess of $4,000.000.
Mr Cordenos, who has over 33 years of experience in the Cairns real estate market said it was an exceptionally positive sign indicating the current strength of the market in the apartment sector.

The current unit market is all reliant on resales of the older complexes and with no new complexes ear marked for the future, this will continue to put pressure on the rental market.
