ONE of Far North Queensland’s most accomplished real estate professionals has been appointed head of sales at Professionals Edge Hill, as the long-established agency enters a significant new phase under new ownership.
Ranked among the region’s top 10 agents for the past five years, David Galloway-Penney will take the helm of the sales division, bringing depth of experience and mentorship to a young, dynamic team as the business advances its rebrand and strategic growth phase.
Mr Galloway-Penney’s appointment forms part of the agency’s continued progression under principal Emma Craig, who last year purchased Professionals Edge Hill with her partner and mortgage broker Fletcher Johnstone.
In doing so, Ms Craig continues a strong family legacy of local entrepreneurship while becoming the youngest female principal in the Professionals network.
Ms Craig said the appointment reflected confidence in the local market and a deliberate investment in leadership and culture.

With extensive frontline real estate experience in Cairns, alongside 23 years in hotel sales, Mr Galloway-Penney has developed a powerful service, negotiation and human connection acumen.
