Pride beat the Devils
IT was an electric atmosphere at Barlow Park last Saturday when the women in league round, combined with the BMD Premiership and the Host Cup rounds to offer up a day-long league experience.

The BMD Premiership team fought hard against the Norths Devils and brought the victory home with a 20-12 final score.
In the Hostplus Cup, the Pride men went toe-to-toe with the Devils in a nail-biting encounter. Despite a strong start and standout moments, the side fell agonisingly short by just one point at 30-31.
Ringers Western players of the match were Campbell Duffy (HPC) and skipper Jenni-Sue Hoepper (BMD).
The next blockbuster double will be on Saturday, August 30 at Barlow Park with BMD Pride playing Norths Devils, kick off at 3.20pm, followed by HPC Pride vs Norths Devils at 5.30pm.
