The experience at the Pullman Cairns International Hotel will be offered every Friday to Sunday from 11am to 2.30pm in the hotel’s lobby, inviting guests to enjoy a themed high tea inspired by colour, charm and a touch of mischief.

The hotel said Cairns would feel “a little more emerald green” as the new high tea arrives, building on the popularity of previous themed offerings.

The Not So Wicked High Tea will feature a selection of sweet and savoury items designed to appeal to a broad audience.

Guests are encouraged to embrace the theme, whether they identify as team green, team pink or somewhere in between. The high tea is presented as a limited-time experience, with organisers encouraging early bookings given the short season.

The event invites groups to dress the part with touches of emerald or pink and to enjoy what the hotel describes as a playful take on a traditional high tea, running for just over six weeks during the summer.

Pricing for the Not So Wicked High Tea is $74 for adults and $37 for children aged five to 12, with children under five dining free. All high tea experiences include tea and coffee.

Upgrade options are also available, with guests able to add a glass of sparkling wine for $84 or a two-hour sparkling wine package for $99.

The high tea will be held in the Pullman Cairns International lobby, offering a central location for locals and visitors alike. The hotel said the experience was designed for families, friends and groups looking for a themed dining option.

"With only a short season to enjoy, guests are encouraged to book early and experience a high tea that is wicked in theme, but wonderful in taste," a hotel spokeswoman said.

The Not So Wicked High Tea will conclude on 28 February, with guests encouraged to book before the season ends.
