Take a step to fight Cancer this Friday
It’s time to lace up your runners, grab a friend and take a step towards fighting cancer with the team from Control Physio.

In recognition of World Cancer Day, Control Physio will be tackling the yellow arrow trail followed by a coffee at the Botanical Gardens Café afterwards. The team will meet at the Aeroglen car park at 7 am sharp to get the blood pumping.
World Cancer Day is all about our ability to make a difference, large or small and that together we can make real progress in reducing the global impact of cancer. So, if you are unable for whatever reason to take part in the walk, join us for a cup of coffee at the Botanical Gardens Café at 8:30 am.
Remember to consider your own exercise capabilities. The yellow arrow is roughly a 45-minute walk with a moderate 2.1 km incline. We will stop as necessary along the way, and the descent will be via the red arrow, which is primarily steps with some non-paved trail.
Remember to bring a water bottle, hat, money and of course a friend!
