Genuine email from Queensland Police Service
In an era of suspicious emails this is one email you will want to respond to and by doing so, you can make a difference.
The Queensland Police Service (QPS) will be conducting a Community Experience Survey with the goal of improving services for their community.
The survey is designed to seek the views and experiences of individuals or businesses who have contacted the QPS.
Community members who have made contact with police may receive an email or SMS invitation to complete the short online survey.
Invitations will be sent from our independent research partner Enhance Research.
Engaging an independent partner is important as we wish to assure all participants their responses will remain anonymous.
Whether contact was made through Policelink, by phoning Triple Zero (000) or by attending a police station in person, we are interested in hearing about your experience.
The survey will take just 5-7 minutes of your time and will help us improve services for all Queenslanders.
