Kate is ‘Aussie Made’
AUSTRALIAN music veteran Kate Ceberano will bring her ‘Australian Made’ encore tour to Cairns next month, promising a show that combines four decades of music, personal stories and reflections on Australia’s live music history.

Ms Ceberano (above) will perform at CPAC on Friday 25 September as part of a 31-date national tour following the sold-out success of her 2025 Australian Made Tour.
Speaking to Cairns Local News, Ms Ceberano said she viewed Cairns as something more than a regional tour stop.
“It’s funny, I don’t think of Cairns as a regional area,” she said. “I think it’s more like a mystical, magical place.”
Ms Ceberano said audiences could expect her to make the most of her Far North Queensland stop. “I like to make a big meal of it. I like to make a long, deep show and I really kind of tuck into the whole climate of the place,” she said.
The tour revisits the Australian Made concept four decades after Ms Ceberano took part in the original 1986-87 tour with INXS, Jimmy Barnes and Divinyls. Ms Ceberano said the show was as much about the stories behind Australian music as about the songs themselves.
