Housing project opens
THE White Rock Estate opens its doors to the community tomorrow (Saturday 25 July) with a community barbecue and $16,000 in prizes to give away.
White Rock Estate is off Denver Street at White Rock where there are 70 lots available within the first release. Homes currently start from $840,000 (while stocks last) and are mainly four-bedroom, two-bathroom. A 3700sqm park is coming soon.
Kenfrost Homes marketing coordinator Alex Loughton said there would be a free sausage sizzle, free face painting plus Taipans and Northern Pride activities,
“Explore the homes and stamp your game card for a chance to win one of eight barbecue hampers, featuring a Weber Q and filled with vouchers to local stores plus fuel – all worth $2000 each,” he said.
“The biggest attraction to so many of the estate will be the proximity to the city (9km away), two great schools, recreational facilities and two major shopping hubs in Mount Sheridan Plaza and Earlville Shopping Town.
“We are also finding many who have been to our estates in previous years are commenting on the evolution of our designs, including the facades and the modern kitchens which are surprising and delighting attendees,” Mr Loughton said.
