Get spooked at ‘tide of terror’ Halloween production
WITH the spooky season of Halloween creeping in, it’s time to dust off your costumes and join spooky scary skeletons, zombies, demons, dragons and other mythical monsters on 16 and 17 October when Halloween’s ‘tide of terror’ washes Sea Circus ashore to the sands of the Douglas Sailing Club for two nights of amazing community entertainment.
Sea Circus Productions in partnership with local groups Keep on Dancing, Flame Lab Entertainment and members of The Clink Theatre, will put on a performance that’ll light up your night with impressive group acts in aerial acrobatics, fire twirling, dance, musicality, theatrics and more, in a poetic story of a fallen angel called Annabelle and what it takes for her to escape the flames of hell.
“The gates of heaven welcome you to the Douglas Sailing Club on Solander Boulevard at 5pm on the day, where you can enjoy face painting and photo booth fun, purchase cent sale tickets to win lovely local prizes and watch the sunset on the beach with food and drinks available” said Sea Circus owner and performer Vanessa Carey (above).
“As night-time falls the doors of hell will shut behind you for a 6.30pm showtime,” she said.

This will be the third tide of terror event that Sea Circus Productions has delivered to the community, so Ms Carey recommended people get dressed up, join the fun, support local performers and experience what they have prepared for you in their myths and monsters showcase.
