Get into the spirit of festival

FAR North Queensland’s craft distillers will come together at Hemingway’s Brewery Cairns Wharf for the fourth annual Festival of Spirits on Saturday 22 August.

The festival will run from 12pm to 10pm with free entry and will showcase local distillers, signature cocktails, spirit displays, live music and DJs and food and cocktail demonstrations.

The event will also feature the new Naked Bar, serving premium alcohol-free cocktails.

Hemingway’s Brewery marketing manager Kim Logan said the festival was an opportunity to showcase producers from Far North Queensland.

“Festival of Spirits is all about showcasing the incredible producers we have here in Far North Queensland,” she said.

“It’s a chance for people to meet the makers, discover local spirits and experience everything that makes our region’s food and drink scene so special.”
