Get a kick out of new eatery
AUSTRALIA’S largest Kajun seafood restaurant chain – Kickin’Inn – has opened its doors at Smithfield Shopping Centre, adding a new dining option to the centre’s food precinct.

The restaurant opened this week and is near the cinemas at Smithfield Shopping Centre.
Centre manager Maria Dalziel said the new restaurant would strengthen the centre’s dining offerings.
“We are excited to welcome Kickin’Inn to Smithfield Shopping Centre. This unique restaurant experience will further enhance our already outstanding dining precinct and offer something special for families and food lovers alike,” she said.
The restaurant promotes a casual dining style where guests eat with their hands and share seafood dishes in a social setting.
Kickin’Inn CEO and founder Ravi Singh said Smithfield was an ideal location for the business’s Far North Queensland expansion.
“Smithfield is the perfect place to experience the Kickin’Inn difference,” he said.
“I am pleased to invest in this vibrant local region and join Smithfield Shopping Centre because of its idyllic location, outdoor dining spaces and relaxed lifestyle.”
