Free green waste disposal
RESIDENTS are encouraged to make the most of Cairns Region Council’s upcoming free green waste disposal period while supporting a charity that helps local families facing cancer.

From Saturday 15 August to Sunday 23 August, green waste can be disposed of free of charge at the following transfer stations:
Portsmith transfer station, 7 days 8.30am to 5.15pm
Smithfield transfer station, 7 days 8.30am to 5.15pm
AdvertisementGordonvale transfer station, 7 days 8.30am to 5.15pm
Babinda Transfer Station, 7 days 8.30am to 5.15pm.
Participants are urged to make a gold coin donation to COUCH Cancer Hub NQ.
