“We see this as a great opportunity to expand in our market and elevate our business in the Cairns region with the backing of the globally-recognised brand,” Ms Fern said.

“As a boutique business, being able to continue to offer the individual service and support to our clients who we’ve been recognised for over the years, while being supported in our future growth is essential and we’re eager to build our business with the largest real estate brand in the world,” she said.

“We’re thrilled to join forces with Tony and his team, continuing to represent the REMAX brand here in Cairns within our newly-formed REMAX Powerhouse.”

Mr Williamson said the new venture combined the dynamic and driven young team from Powerhouse Property with his team that has decades of Cairns real estate experience.

“I’m excited to be working with Kate, Meaghan, Michele and the combined teams that will now be known as REMAX Powerhouse,” Mr Williamson said.

“The level of combined local knowledge in the office is outstanding and coupled with the global reach that only REMAX has. This will be a combination of strengths that will create a real powerhouse office, with me being able to focus on sales, training and development of the Powerhouse team,” he said.

Ms Confait said the chance to immerse in the brand and the benefits of being part of a network as widespread as REMAX, was crucial for the continued growth of the office.

“We want to see our clients achieve great results and see our team succeed,” she said.

“The training available, the opportunity to leverage the brand and ability to connect with the REMAX network will be incredibly valuable to our team.”

“The opportunity to work alongside and learn from some of the industry’s best is really about supporting our team’s growth as much as our own as business owners,” said Ms Annison.

REMAX Australia managing director Joel Davoren said REMAX Powerhouse brought “two well-respected and driven businesses together with a client-first mentality”.

REMAX Powerhouse is at 108 Hoare St, Manunda, phone 4030 0120 or visit www.bit.ly/3QCnnm5
