Led by skipper Caity McPhee, one of the best ball-getters in the comp and last year’s coaches MVP winner, the Crocs will be looking to notch their second win of the season as they take on the winless Saints.

The Saints have shown flashes of form so far this season, just not consistently enough to get a win on the board.

They’ll be desperate to turn that around in Port and will be looking to the likes of Tiarna Ahwang, Georgie Murphy and Chelsea Ryan for their first win.

South Cairns Cutters v Centrals Trinity Beach

SHAPING up to be the match of the round is second placed Cutters taking on third-placed Centrals at home.

The Cutters have only dropped one game – that was against last year’s premiers, the North Cairns Tigers, who kicked a goal after the siren in round three to win by two points.

Expect big games from Cutters guns Eliza Hand, Tatiana Finlan and Ashanti Bush.

Centrals came so close last week with a one-point loss to the Tigers in a thrilling game at Crathern Park.

They know they’ve got the talent to roll the Cutters and will once again be looking at ball-getters Regina McGee and Sophie Reynolds to deliver opportunities to goal scoring machine Remie Bampton.

Cairns City Lions v Manunda Hawks

ANOTHER great match up with the fourth-placed Lions taking on fifth-placed Hawks at Holloways Beach tomorrow.

The Lions had a comfortable win against the Saints last week with superstar Jess Fatnowna picking up 25 disposals and two goals.

The in-form Lusa Wagia is another player the Hawks will need to keep a close eye on, racking up 21 disposals and one goal last week.

Coming off the bye last week, the Hawks should be fresh and no doubt keen for back-to back wins to advance their season with a victory over the Lions.

The Hawks appear to be settling into their season after a rough start and will once again rely on the leadership of skipper Tegan Rogers and the goal kicking of Kalika Struber, who bagged three in their last outing.
