SIGNATURE Restaurant, Hilton Cairns newest restaurant is now open.
Serving the freshest, local produce combined with seasonal flavours and inspirational textures, the menu showcases the flair of Executive Chef Karel PoloSolis. With subtle influences from his South American background, every dish is unique, colourful and beautifully presented.
From the signature entrée of Scallops Tiradito to the mouth-watering 250-gram Beef Tenderloin and the decadence of the Chocolate Coffee Stone dessert, the menu offers diners a refined dining experience. As Chef Karel says
