A weekend Rusty's tradition
For the past 11 years, coffeephiles have flocked each weekend to Barista Sista at Rusty’s Markets.
Providing much more than a mere caffeine fix; owner Linda Giuliano has become a friend and confidant to many of her regulars and many of the repeat tourists to Cairns.
“I think we have created a small community where people can come and feel safe, and relax. Oh and they can have a great coffee as well.”
Much more than excellent coffee, Barista Sista is where people meet; friends catch-up and lasting relationships are forged,” said Giuliano. Barista Sista is renowned for their coffee, locally roasted in Mareeba and rich in flavour, with their “Robertas” as the house blend.
“I spent 20 plus years in the photographic industry before moving into coffee. I love my job, it’s the best ever.
“What more could you want, great friends, interesting people and a coffee to boot, that’s perfect.”
It’s easy to understand why hundreds of people start their weekend with Linda and “Robertas” it’s the perfect combination.
